The fact that you are thinking about and researching Self Protection means you are being proactive. Being proactive and having a plan for worse case scenarios is what we do and teach. In the world we live in there are many threats and situations that can jeopardize our well-being, our household, business, organization and ultimately the quality of our lives. We cannot fully rely on anyone else, including our government to fully protect us from what can happen to any of us. Preparing and planning for what can happen is how we overcome and avoid these potential negative consequences. We cannot control the desires or actions of others who wish to do harm in this world but we can control how we prepare and respond to these situations, threats and individuals.

TRAINING COMBAT

No matter what type of business or organization you have we can train your team to prepare and know what to do if needed. We also train individuals, families and groups large or small. Our Team of Instructors have various backgrounds and areas of expertise. This allows us to assess your vulnerabilities, put a contingency plan together and customize a training program for you. Our training approach is very different from any self-defense program you may have taken or encountered in the past. Self-Defense by definition is reactive and often associated with traditional martial arts. Real life situations require a proactive plan to protect yourself and your assets. We use a variety of tactics such as scenario based training, case studies, statistics, mental training and Close Quarters Combative Techniques.

TRAINING Schedule

Week 1

The classes are designed and focus on the development of very important attributes.
